(One stop municipal waste treatment solution)
What is “one-stop Municipal waste treatment solution”?
Household waste classified into 7 categories through a smart waste sorting system using automatic recycling technology, processing recycled products with zero mission/discharge, and achieving zero pollution goal. All these processes can be gathered in one processing plant.
The purpose of one-stop waste-treatment facilities is to reduce the
amount of wastes and turn them into energy and resources to avoid
secondary pollutions. Currently, the following solutions are available for
waste treatment:
| Items | Incineration | landfilling | One stop solution | |
| technology | Complicated | Simple | State-of-art | |
| Amount reduced | 70%↑ | 30~40% | 90%↑ | |
| Waste to Resources | Power Generation | Thermal power co-generation | Biogas | Thermal power co-generation |
| Output | High | Low | Medium | |
| Resource discovery | None | None | 80% | |
| Equipment investment recovery | Slow | Slow | Fast | |
| Process Scale | Less land areas occupied Thermal power co-generation No waste sorting requirement Fast amount reduction and treatment | Lower project development cost Lower maintenance cost Simpler operation No sorting requirement | High ratio of resource recovery Zero pollution, zero emission/discharge Automated waste sorting Customized designs and plans available to suit local conditions | |
| Major concerns | Higher project development cost Higher operation and maintenance costs Produces more than 20% of hazardous residue Coal fuel needed to improve burning efficiency Lower resource recovery ratio Poor public perception | Large land area occupied Severe air, soil and surface water pollution Public protect Land site cannot be re-utilized again | Higher skill requirements for operators | |
| With Incinerators | With Landfills |
1.Double the amount of waste treated; 2. Significantly improve burning calories (as kitchen wastes contain 80%↑ of water); 3. Significantly improve the performance of thermal power co-generation plants; 4. Significantly improve ROI. | 1. At least double the lifecycle of the landfill; 2. Significantly reduce water pollution; 3. Significantly reduce waste smell; 4. Significantly reduce soil pollution. |
A. Significantly increase in land value of the site;
B. Significantly increase in land value of the surrounding sites;
C. Higher land use value;
D. Increase in effective land supply;
E. Significantly increase in land value in the entire area.
A. Newer, better city image;
B. Booster to local prosperity;
C. More tax income from the land;
D. More job opportunities.
A. Significantly reduce smell at the site;
B. Significantly reduce soil pollution;
C. Significantly reduce pollution to the rivers nearby.

| Key advantage of the system | SRSI retrieving waste material from MSW or Landfill site, design a set of technologies base on the features of waste macromolecular materials to convert biomass and plastic wastes into renewable fuels and energy. |
| The most advanced MSW sorting system in the world | SRSI constantly pursue MSW sorting innovation in the professional field of waste recycling equipment and devoted to make the product automation, superiority and high-efficiency. |
| High-performance kitchen-waste-to resource system | The smart system enables removal of broken glass, heavy metal, salt, fat and miscellaneous materials from municipal kitchen waste, which is then made into organic fertilizer in accordance with relevant national standards. |
| The most advanced system in the world | Fast pyrolysis, low wax, zero emission, good product. No dioxin |
